Overview
Succeeded in incorporating Siu Ling Group, Tung Shing behaves costentiously and is very happy. Unwilling to accept persistent negligence, Mei Chi suggests divorcing Tung Shing. Though she finally gives in to Tung Shing's persuasion, Mei Chi is not satisfied with him. Due to his involvement in illegal activities happened long ago working for Tung Shing, Tai Ming is disbarred. He therefore concentrates all his effort in assisting Tung Shing. On the other hand, Ka Lam thinks that her father has been flawed and is still respectful of him.
