Overview
Elite police official Ryuzaki Shinya heads the General Affairs Division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Commissioner’s Secretariat. He is a man who sticks to what he believes in and has no regard for rank or the pride of those at the top and bottom. All he thinks about is “taking responsibility for everything”.
