Overview
Based on Nicolai Gogol's "The Diary of a Madman," a poor, bachelor clerk paranoically mutters his complaints to the camera: the menial nature of his job, his unrequited love for the boss's daughter (Sofi), and what finally develops into a murderous hatred for mankind.
